Engagement for our medical billing, credentialing, denial management, or other RCM services is governed by a separate Service Agreement or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. These Terms do not override or modify any terms contained in a formal contract between EzCure Solutions and your practice.

  • Scope of Services: Specific billing, credentialing, or denial management services to be provided.
  • Fees and Payment Terms: Fee structure (percentage of collections or fixed fee) and payment schedule.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and data protection obligations.
  • Performance Metrics: KPIs such as clean claim rate, days in A/R, and denial recovery targets.
  • Term and Termination: Duration of the agreement and conditions for early termination.

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your practice data and patient information. Our obligations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) are governed by:

  • HIPAA: We comply with all HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
  • Business Associate Agreement (BAA): We sign a BAA with every client, defining our obligations for handling PHI.
  • Data Security: We implement encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and EzCure Solutions regarding your use of our website and services.
